Joint Action's nautical skills and licences to offer our client
the opportunity of running team development programmes
in a beautiful location.
Joint Action is a Spanish company based in Alcudia, in the north
of Mallorca. They specialise in team building / reward packages
and corporate events. They sail Rush 10 catamarans that are
stable and easy to sail on.
The team development programmes we run with Joint Action are
always bespoke. They include sea and shore based learning or
relaxation designed to suit your needs. They offer complete
flexibility and can be designed so that some members of the
team can remain on shore if they prefer (they will still have a role
in the team). They always include action planning and follow-up
for back at the workplace.
