Janice helps organisations and individuals develop capabilities.
Her emphasis is on self-awareness and feedback as the key to
realising potential. Using workshop-based approaches and
one-to-one coaching, she helps managers develop their
leadership styles. Janice also advises in aligning HR processes
with corporate goals and designs organisation development
and talent strategies to meet business challenges.
Janice’s clients include professional, industrial and commercial
firms in the private and public sectors. Janice works across
Europe and is able to conduct business in Italian and French.
