Her latest book The Value of Talent: Promoting Talent Management Across the Organisation” (Kogan Page 2011), is now available. In this book, Janice sets out a vision of radical new ways of working, and new business models for a dramatically changing business environment. She focuses on the importance of an inclusive approach to talent management, and her unique leadership model based on “shared vision, shared values and shared understanding.”
Janice’s ideas have been developed through her high-level consultancy and coaching work with leading companies, her role as CIPD, Vice-President and her experience of co-leading both Scala, and ACE, a European-wide business.
Janice helps clients implement inclusive talent management through Scala's “New World Talent” programme, which builds on the philosophies set out in "The Value of Talent." She also advises on leadership development, organization development, developing internal coaching and raising HR capability.
