| Janice is Scala’s lead consultant for the Ideamanagement Iperquest® WEB self-assessment tool that provides both individual and corporate diagnostics for career development, training and succession planning. She co-developed Scala’s online/e-learning appraisal process. Having had an active role in the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) at branch and national level for some time, Janice is also a CIPD course leader, running ‘Strategies for Recruitment and Selection’ and ‘Making Sense of Coaching’. Her published work includes the bestselling ‘Coaching for the Future; how smart companies use coaching and mentoring’ (CIPD, London 2003) and numerous journal articles. (see publications) Janice also speaks regularly at conferences and events. Janice has a Masters degree in Human Resources and is qualified to levels A and B with the British Psychological Society. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Previously, she studied Italian and French prior to moving into the HR field, initially with Alitalia and then International Harvester Inc. Her career took her into the City of London with Midland Montagu where, after a period responsible for recruitment and personnel operations, she became Head of Training and Development. [ back ] |
