| Carolyn Ponder is a consultant, trainer, coach-mentor and Gestalt psychotherapist. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and was recently admitted into the Livery of Workshipful Company of Joiners and Ceilers of the City of London. She makes history as their first woman liveryman. Carolyn develops and delivers a range of management, team- development and interpersonal skills courses, as well as undertaking specific consultancy assignments, often as a result of her training work. As well as offering consultancy, Carolyn also undertakes personal coaching to reinforce these skills, often at senior levels in the organisation. Carolyn is highly skilled in running team development and executive ‘away-day’ events and is responsible for Scala’s joint venture programme in Mallorca, which can include sailing a catamaran.
