of the so-called dominant 'bulge-bracket' firms. The experience
gained in this sector reinforces the work Carolyn undertakes for other
clients, whose businesses range from pharmaceuticals and bio-tech
to educational trusts and office suppliers. Carolyn has carried out
many long-standing assignments for organisations, helping them
develop HR strategies and processes as well as giving advice on
day-to-day HR operations.
Carolyn co-founded the Scala group with Janice in 1989,
having previously worked with her at Midland Montagu.
