A and B of the British Psychological Society.
Colin’s specialties include assessment and development centre work,
performance management, employee opinion surveys and coaching
and training in ‘soft’ skills.
Colin has worked as an accredited adviser and approved Investors in
People assessor and is able to offer part-funded ‘Business Link’
programmes. This experience makes Colin perfectly placed to
understand the problems and complexities of the not-for-profit
sector and of small businesses.
