He strives to help individuals become aware of their own potential, and of possible options and solutions to optimise their effectiveness in the workplace. Mike encourages people to learn from their own experience, and recognises that people performance is driven by workplace wellbeing, effective alignment to business goals, the development of the right skill sets, motivation and commitment. Mike adds value by driving these factors in all consultative processes both in the UK and across Europe.
Previously, Mike was Principal Consultant for psychometric profiling for Carlisle Staffing Services (the UK’s 5th largest recruitment firm).
He is a chartered occupational psychologist with an M.Sc in Occupational Psychology and a B.Sc (Hons) in Applied Psychology. He is a full Member of the Division of Occupational Psychology. Other qualifications and accreditations include:
