| Chiara first came to London, from Italy, to study for a B.Sc (honours) in Psychology with German at Goldsmiths’ College, University of London. After a period as a researcher at the Max- Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin, Chiara returned to London and worked as a research assistant at University College, Department of Psychology. In this role, she carried out research at Wormwood Scrubs prison and amongst children in primary schools. Chiara then joined Colgate Palmolive as HR development specialist in Rome. She progressed with them to a role at their European Headquarters in Paris. It was at Colgate-Palmolive that Chiara first became interested in assessment and development centre work and in supporting the development of high potential employees. This interest led her to return to the UK where she gained an M.Sc. (distinction) degree in “International Human Resource Development” at the University of Reading. Chiara lives in London but also spends considerable time in Italy. [ back ] |
